Hey Ladies
Hows everyone doing today?? Hope everyone has done good. So  I have some questions and i need answers
 

1. Does anyone have a name for there diet/ thinspo book. Or am I the only one? Like my book's name is victory.

2. How many cals are in lettuce?   I had 4 pieces out of my salad then gave it to a friend at lunch who forgot her money.

3. Does anyone have any tips on staying motivated like the last 2 days I've had i know for a fact 390 cals  for both days together depending on Lettuce cals it could be more. But like right now im getting really unmotivated even though I've lost 3.6 pounds since Sunday. So if anyone can think of anything to help please tell me.

So tonight is my grandfathers birthday party and its a huge catered dinner. Does anyone have  any tips or tricks not to over due it. I've done really good today its 12:40 where i live and I've had nothing. So if anyone can help please do.

Does anyone take there Thinspo Journal with them to school. If you do how do you hide it. And when do you write in it??? And do you have any good qoutes i could put in mine??

Im fixing to running
does anyone have any good running exercise that will help with maximum weight loss all i have  had is a mnt, dew at 110 cals so i don't have much to burn for today and thats all im eating today.

So today is my 2nd day of the ABC ( ive tried it like 3 times) and i have stuck to it really well this time. So im very proud of my self and Yesterday I ran 4 miles. It felt great. But I really would like some suport so anyone want to be suport buddies??

Ok so today is my first time ever posting in my personal journal and I don’t know if i will like it or not.  So onto the stuff I should right about.  I really like the pa_waiting room its pretty cool. Im starting a new diet the ABC ( Anorexics Boot Camp) its pretty strict but you are suppose to loose a lot of weight. Maybe then I will get chip. (the boy I like a lot) im doing this mostly for him hes always on a diet.  So on Monday I start at MCA my new school.  Im pretty excited. Theres only 15 kids in my grade, so it should be interesting, well that’s all for this entry

Good morning Everyone ,
Hows Is everyone doing. how everyone is good. I start a new school on Monday.  Theres 250 kids in the whole school. 15 kids in my grade and we eat lunch together.  So its already going to be weird so does anyone have any ideas on what I could bring to eat that is super low in calories. The school has  lunch catered everyday. And  it has  a fruit and Vegetables bar. And i'm already really nervous. So any tip or  food ideas please give. i will love you for ever.

has anyone had real good results with it ?? Im wanting to start it but i need a buddy for it. Another thing anyone know  any good exercises .
